Hey kids… think education doesn’t matter?

The unemployment rate among the different groups has essentially stabilized, but it is interesting to note that a 2 fold difference exists between four year degree graduates and high school grads, and a 3 fold difference between high school dropouts.

Bottom line: education matters. Just don’t choose a generic 4 year degree or spend your 4 college years (or more) in a beer induced haze winding up with a 2.0 GPA (or lower).
