Ever wonder which nation eats the most manufactured/processed foods with brands owned by publicly traded companies? How about which nation consumes the most protein?
By the looks of these photos, it’s the good old USA.
(I’m saying this somewhat tongue in cheek and don’t have the statistics to back it up, but one must admit, comparing the USA, along the other “western” countries included in this snapshot, that a larger proportion of our diets have a higher protein content and come with some type of brand specific labeling.)

This is a great visual representation. Grossed out by the about of soda and chips I saw. Definitely see some need of improvement when it comes to fruits and veggies in America as well. Glad to see so much fish and rice elsewhere though.

I have seen this precise series on display somewhere. I think it was at the Ontario Science Centre.
