It is just me, or does the history of Chrysler seem like that lady (or guy) that’s been divorced too many times?

Allow me to explain:

• She’s got a lot of questionable baggage (e.g. debt) that may or may not hinder your future together.
• Lots of Ex’s and old boyfriends that are sure to show up bringing drama with them (e.g. Lee Iacocca, Bob Nardelli).
• She’s got a powerful father (e.g. President Barack Obama) and maybe a scary big brother (e.g. the auto czar) making sure you don’t get out of line.
• Has a few kids from previous marriages that you know are going to be a pain in the arse in the immediate future (e.g. United Auto Workers Union).

So why in the world would you want to jump into bed with this person?  Much less bring them into your home and share your wealth?

I don’t have the answer, but I’m pretty sure I know a shotgun wedding when I see one!
