		<description>Agreed - it&#039;s one of the few I could find w/out creating it myself, where I would have likely made a mistake and been filleted by the party I offended.  

You can actually get a good idea of the full taxes paid if you look at the &quot;average change in taxes&quot; column versus the percentage change.  

Obama is still a some distance away from the comrade related nomenclature.  Checkout the Socialist Party candidate&#039;s interview on the Colbert Report last night if you want a good laugh.</description>

What that graph doesn&#039;t show is how much those people actually pay in taxes.  Only about 5-6% of that bottom 60% actually pay anything in.</description>
